In Memory Donations
Making a donation to The Royal Star & Garter Homes in memory of a friend, relative or loved one is a very special way to remember them. Many people now prefer to make a donation to a worthy cause instead of sending flowers for a funeral.
By donating to The Royal Star & Garter Charity you will be helping us to care for some very special people whose suffering might otherwise be forgotten. You will be helping us provide the very best care possible for disabled ex-Service men and women, as well as the widow(er)s, spouses and partners of ex-Service people, now and well into the future.
All In Memory gifts receive an individual acknowledgement, and the next of kin are regularly kept up to date with of the names of donors and the total amount of the Memorial Fund.
The deceased's name will be entered into the Book of Remembrance held at the Richmond Home and also into our new online Memorial Book as a lasting tribute.
You can leave an In Memory donation online using the button below. There is the option to say you are giving an 'In Memory' donation and to give a name. In the ‘Additional Details' section, please select the In Memory option and provide a full name for our commemorative books.

We have created a wonderful online Memorial Book so that it will be easier for family and friends to access the entry for their loved one.
Our online book will also enable family and friends to pay a more personal tribute to a loved one, with the option to create a special customised celebration page which can include written tributes, photographs and general comments. This is a wonderful way to remember a loved one and can be easily shared and contributed to. It is also possible for visitors to the online Memorial Book to make In Memory donation online.
This new online Memorial Book contains all the names in our existing commemorative books in the Richmond Home and the names of future benefactors will be added regularly.
