Star Qualities & Values
The Charity has identified eight Star Qualities along with four Star Values which form the foundations of the special brand of care provided to residents living in a Royal Star & Garter Home.
The Qualities and Values are an integral part of the Charity's culture and commitment to quality of care for all residents. The Qualities and Values influence every aspect of the life of the home and make it possible to measure how well the home is living up to its standards at any time.
